Elevation Consulting Solution is seeking a Superintendent Commercial Construction to join our team in Charlotte, NC 28269. As a key member of our construction team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact on our clients' businesses. DailyResponsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
- Experience in general construction and commercial projects
- Knowledge of take-offs, pre-construction, and construction management
- Experience with multi-family construction and tenant improvements
- Proficiency in Plan Swift, Plan Grid, and Sage Timberline
- Strong skills in submittals, change orders, and scope development
- Proficient in Construction Drawings
- Experience with Punch Out Lists, Project Closeout, and Request For Information
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Blueprints, and Building Information Modeling
- Strong subcontract management and negotiation skills
