Builtech is seeking a Traveling Superintendent ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.

* Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.

* Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

* Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.

* Represent Builtech as the client's primary on-site contact.

* Consistent interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.

* Daily communication with your project teammates.
