Recruiting Manager at Morgan Corp. | Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
Morgan Corp. is seeking an Estimator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Estimator will support the Estimating team in all aspects of estimating, including quantity take‑offs, pricing, and bidding for heavy civil construction projects.
Responsibilities- Attend pre‑bid meetings
- Detailed quantity take‑off and summary (Earthwork, Utilities, and Paving)
- Communication with clients for bid requirements
- Bid file document control
- Vendor and subcontractor solicitation and quote review
- Develop and complete estimates for projects
- Work with clients on preliminary project budgets
- Maintain existing and develop new client relationships
- Pre‑construction budgeting and turnover
- Assist with the training of junior‑level estimators
- Some travel, including overnight required (
