What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in large‑scale site or construction management
, preferably involving process equipment or industrial system installations.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment
, such as pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food manufacturing, energy, utilities, or another regulated industry.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and international colleagues.
  • Highly self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 80% for project assignments.
