Whatyou'll be doing:
Lead the development of site and civil engineering plans for projects across industrial, biotech, institutional, healthcare, and residential sectors
Prepare and support design and permitting documents that meet client and regulatory requirements
Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery
Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality and compliance
Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address design and permitting issues
Oversee construction administration and guide the work of junior staff
