Construction Worker

The Erosion Company (TEC), the Southeast’s largest and most experienced erosion control contractor, is hiring dependable Construction Workers to join our growing team.

If you are hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to be part of a team that gets the job done, we want to hear from you!

• Install silt fencing, erosion control blankets, and other erosion control materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Prepare, fill, and compact terrain at construction sites.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain an organized work area.
• Use hand tools and assist with equipment operation as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and directions from crew leaders.
• Work with your team to complete projects safely and on schedule.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow safety guidelines.
• Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
