• Edit together video specials/re-racked content that will work for VOD purposes.
• Use data analytics to help shape the content of your show.
• Challenge the traditional way of doing things.
• Passion for breaking news and go‑getter attitude.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in journalism, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of news producing experience.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Solid journalistic judgment and a news philosophy that emphasizes accurate, fair, and unique content.
• Understanding of the tenets of professional journalism.
• Skills in producing engaging, content-driven newscasts and digital content.
• Organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to calmly handle live, breaking news situations and changing events.
• Experience using VMix (or similar system), ENPS and desktop video editing software such as Edius, strongly preferred.
• Desire to live and work in‑person in Charlotte, North Carolina.
