Social Media Manager​/Analyst

Roster manages the hiring process for the top global creators and brands. Peter Mutabazi (Now I Am Known), a family and lifestyle creator focused on meaningful storytelling, is looking for their Producer / Creative Content Manager to help shape their content strategy! We're helping them fill this position.

• You're based in Charlotte, NC and available for regular in-person meetings
• You have strong organizational and creative skills with attention to detail
• You have experience with social media and/or You Tube content strategy
• You're skilled in scheduling posts and project management
• You have experience with storyboarding and understanding audience retention
• You're passionate about family-friendly, lifestyle content with purpose
• You enjoy collaboration, structure, and meaningful storytelling
• Familiarity with family and kids content on You Tube is highly preferred

• Help plan and organize content ideas and themes across platforms
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules for social media and You Tube
• Coordinate with editors and other creative team members
• Provide creative input and quality control for all content
• Keep content aligned with brand message and values
• Develop strategies to improve audience retention and engagement
• Ensure consistent, meaningful storytelling across all content
• Shape the creative direction without handling filming or editing duties
