Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Representative to join our team and play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, inquiries are addressed promptly, and issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Track account activity, maintaining accurate and updated records in our systems.
  • Assist customers with onboarding and training on products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
