• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions about products, services, and current promotions
• Assist with routine customer requests and service needs
• Provide accurate information and direct more complex concerns to the appropriate team member
• Follow up on customer questions and requests when needed
• Record relevant customer information and feedback
• Support customer engagement activities and promotional events
• Help maintain a positive and organized customer service environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
