Position SummaryWe are hiring a Customer Account Representative to support assigned customer accounts and help ensure their questions, requests, and service needs are handled efficiently. This role combines customer communication, account support, organization, and follow-up.
Responsibilities- Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Respond to account-related questions and requests
- Provide information about available products, services, and promotions
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding requests
- Maintain accurate and organized account information
- Identify customer needs and communicate them to the appropriate team
- Help resolve routine account concerns professionally
- Gather customer feedback and support relationship-building efforts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional approach to customer interactions
- Ability to follow through on commitments and requests
- Previous experience in customer service, account support, retail, or sales is a plus
