Customer Service Representative | SB Billing Support

• Address customer billing questions and efficiently process payments
• Present and discuss Spectrum products and services to meet customer needs
• Interact professionally to represent

• Resolve customer concerns in alignment with company policies
• Remain knowledgeable about Spectrum services to provide informed assistance
• Accurately document customer account records
• Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to work schedules

• Normal office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience providingcorebasic customer service to external customers

• Ability to read, write,speakand understand English

• 6+ months customer service or related experience
• 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
• 6+ months working with computers and software applications
• Experience in cable operations or telecommunications call center

• Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously while handling calls andmaintaininga high standard of customer service
