As a Client Engagement Associate, those questions will guide much of your work. This is a full-time, in-office role that gives you daily exposure to client communication and professional development.
You will speak with people who are considering health and life benefit options, gather useful information, and help keep each relationship moving in the right direction.
No degree is required.
You will receive coaching on the process and have opportunities to practice professional communication, organization, and follow-up.
People who have worked in customer service, restaurants, hospitality, retail, recruiting, fitness, or sales often already understand how valuable a good conversation can be.
This role gives you the chance to turn those instincts into a professional skill set with meaningful income opportunity.
