We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of dental treatment equipment at dental clinics based in Tokyo.

You will be responsible for customers throughout the Kanto and Koshinetsu regions, centered on Tokyo.

• Field support services, equipment inspections, and repair responses
• Providing explanations to customers, presenting quotes, and negotiating prices
• Products handled:
  Dental equipment handled by our company (dental treatment chairs, CAD/CAM/CT devices, handpieces, etc.)
• Other products not listed above, including in-house LAN equipment and systems, and connection with products from other companies within the network

※Main customers:
Dental clinics and dental clinic staff
