We're seeking an Endodontist to join a highly respected, multi-doctor private group dental office in Charlotte, NC , working 1 to 4 Fridays per month. With an internal referral network, efficient CEREC workflows, and streamlined specialty coordination, this role is ideal for a provider looking to plug into a productive, specialty-friendly office with consistent patient demand.

• 1099 Independent Contractor Position

• Schedule: Fridays only – flexible commitment (1 to 4 days/month based on your availability)

• Compensation: Competitive collections-based pay, commensurate with experience and self-sufficiency

• Clinical Support:

  • On-site CEREC system for restorative coordination

  • Pre-consult CBCT imaging handled through a nearby imaging partner (in-house CBCT under review)

  • Strong internal referral flow from general dentists and restorative specialists

• Location Flexibility: Open to discussion about working at sister practices across the Charlotte metro, if desired

• Nonsurgical and surgical root canal therapy

• Retreatment, apicoectomies, and complex cases

• 3D imaging-informed case planning

• Coordination with referring providers for post-endodontic restoration

This practice is part of a selective, doctor-led private group that supports large, multi-provider practices across 15 states.
