Dental Care at Berewick is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Hours needed: Monday–Thursday 8:45 AM–6:00 PM

About Dental Care at Berewick
Like each Heartland Dental supported office, Dental Care at Berewick is unique to the community and the patients they serve. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you’ll have access to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current dental hygienist license in North Carolina and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by the office.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; standard requirement for dental office roles.
