This is a full‑time, single‑doctor office offering clinical autonomy, a strong existing patient base, and a supportive, well‑trained staff. Ideally, looking for a provider experienced with Medicaid patient flow and pace.

• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and therapeutic procedures.
• Conduct diagnostic imaging and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Office Manager and dental team to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations.
• Contribute to the professional development and mentorship of clinical staff as needed.
• Actively participate in daily huddles, case reviews, and ongoing team communication.

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active North Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain one).
• DEA license and current CPR certification.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with high attention to detail.
