Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical onboarding, training, and implementation support to dental professionals on Sure Smile aligner workflows.
• Assist clinicians with case selection, treatment planning insights, and troubleshooting throughout the aligner therapy process.
• Conduct both chairside and virtual training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of Sure Smile within clinical practice.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive clinical conversions and support overall practice growth.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians to ensure high satisfaction and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Support and facilitate workshops, webinars, and regional clinical education events.

Required Qualifications

• BDS/MDS with a specialization or substantial experience in Orthodontics (mandatory).
• Strong hands‑on understanding of aligner therapy, digital workflows, and core clinical orthodontic principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD/CAM systems, digital orthodontics, or dental software.
• Prior experience with aligner brands or digital dentistry platforms is highly preferred.
