This strategic role is designed to strengthen our partnerships, accelerate innovation, and drive coordinated growth across key stakeholders.

This role combines responsibility for University partnerships and DSO (Dental Service Organization), working closely with internal teams and external partners to support our long-term business objectives.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships and joint projects with universities and academic institutions.
• Promote innovation, research initiatives, and technology transfer opportunities.
• Support internal training programs and skills development through academic collaboration.
• Partner with all departments and internal functions to ensure coordinated execution aligned with business goals.

• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential growth opportunities, including clinician groups, institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the development and oversee the execution of tailored growth strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• For smaller accounts, co-create strategic growth plans with selected customers, coordinating activities across multiple sites when required.
• When collaborating on Enterprise Solutions accounts, support the Key Account Manager (KAM) by contributing to the strategic approach and taking ownership of coordinating tactical execution across sites.
• Partner with all departments and internal functions to ensure coordinated execution aligned

• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable growth plans
• Experience in developing and executing partnership and account strategies
• Solid understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder environments (universities, DSOs, institutions)
• Ability to manage both long-term strategic initiatives and short-term tactical execution

• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow senior-level relationships with universities, clinician groups, institutions, and key stakeholders
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and across multiple sites
• Understanding of innovation ecosystems, research collaboration, and technology transfer models
• Experience in promoting education, training programs, and skills development initiatives
• Ability to bridge academic, clinical, and business perspectives
