• You have a passion for Workplace Interior Architecture and considerable experience in Corporate Workplace projects.
• You are a resourceful and creative problem solver.
• You’re a good teammate – you want those around you to succeed and you’re capable of taking direction or leading a project to deliver a great product to our clients.
• You’re good with people – a strong listener, respectful in your interactions with others and have a positive outlook on life.
• You have strong technical skills and enjoy developing technical design solutions and preparing efficient yet detailed construction documentation.
• You have detailed knowledge of Building and Accessibility Codes and enjoy the challenge of developing creative designs that meet our client’s needs within those Code parameters.
• You can build strong client relationships and participate in complex design projects and/or multiple projects efficiently and successfully.
• You enjoy being a resource to others and have a passion for helping others in their career development through sharing knowledge and mentoring.
• You have professional drive and still have fun while you work.

• You’ll be working in our dedicated Workplace-Interiors studio with other professionals who also have a passion for Workplace Interior projects.
• You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Your work will include a variety of tasks and design projects.
• You will coordinate with engineers and other team members to meet project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• You’ll be responsible for producing contract documents and construction administration.
• You’ll be accountable for project success.
• You’ll have growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in interior architecture & design industry.
• Architectural Registration or be on path for Registration. LEED Accreditation preferred.
• Ability to execute projects from conceptual design to owner occupancy.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other design tools.
