Service Planner – Architecture and Planning

A Service Planner will anticipate client needs, manage project resources, and create business opportunities while applying strategic thinking, process improvement, and technical expertise.

• Anticipate client needs and proactively solve before the client knows what is needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience on planning healthcare projects (acute care, ambulatory, essential services, etc.).
• Ideally accredited by the American College of Healthcare Architects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Revit, Bluebeam, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, and other related tools.
• Strong technical and critical thinking skills for planning projects and documentation, with thorough understanding of codes, standards, and compliance.
• Additional certification or accreditation for LEAN, EDAC, WELL AP, LEED AP, etc. is preferred.
• Experience in computational design, Power BI, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
