We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to lead the editorial and translation functions for SureSmile

U, our global learning platform. This role is critical in ensuring that all learning materials meet the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, consistency, and instructional quality, while effectively serving our diverse international learner base. The successful candidate will combine editorial excellence, linguistic expertise, and technical fluency, with a proven ability to manage complex content pipelines across regions, cultures, and business functions.

• Editorial Leadership – Serve as the primary editor for SureSmile
  
  U content, ensuring alignment with brand standards, instructional design principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a consistent editorial voice and clear instructional tone across all learning modules and documentation.
• Translation & Localization Management – Oversee the end-to-end translation workflow, integrating AI-assisted tools with local subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce accurate, culturally relevant content.
• Ensure translated content meets both linguistic and contextual accuracy while preserving instructional clarity.
• Content Quality & Process Excellence – Safeguard quality by identifying and correcting content gaps, inconsistencies, and translation errors prior to publication.
• Optimize workflows, templates, and standards to ensure efficiency, scalability, and consistency in global content deployment.
• Monitor and continuously improve editorial and localization processes to enhance global learner experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, training, regulatory, and regional teams to ensure content readiness for global product launches and training rollouts.
• Act as a liaison across functions to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Knowledge & Systems Stewardship – Maintain and evolve institutional knowledge of content architecture, editorial practices, translation processes, and legacy systems.
• Support the ongoing development of SureSmile

• Experience:
  
  5 years in content editing, localization, translation management, or related fields.
• Technical Proficiency:
