If you are a passionate Architectural Designer looking to join a growing firm, there is an incredible opportunity that awaits in Charlotte, NC Market. This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for a Designer to mentor, coach, develop and promote for long-term success.
Architectural Design Experience- Bachelor’s in Architecture required, Master’s Degree in Architecture preferred
- 3-7 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
- Architectural license required
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience in Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferred
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable to support both, management and design- ability to integrate design requirements w/ architecture
- The Architectural Designer will be responsible for high-end design
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria
- Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects
- Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
