Project Manager / Architect (Licensed)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Architect (Licensed) to lead projects and mentor staff across all phases—from early planning through construction administration. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing complex, public‑sector projects while balancing design excellence, technical coordination, and client communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multi‑phase projects, particularly in education, civic, and higher‑ed sectors.
• Oversee design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Coordinate closely with contractors to manage RFIs, shop drawings, and site visits.
• Prepare fee proposals, schedules, staffing plans, and contracts.
• Use tools such as Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Procore
  .
• Support pursuit strategies, proposal development, and interview preparation.
• Maintain high levels of design quality, technical accuracy, and project performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Architect (NCARB required)
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch) or approved licensure path.
• 10–15 years of architectural experience
  , including 5+ years in a Senior PM role.
• Experience managing publicly funded projects is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
• Skilled in navigating multiple deadlines while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Established network within K–12, higher‑ed, civic, or community college sectors.
• Strong writing, presentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred

Certifications:

AIA, CSI, LEED AP, WELL AP, CPTED (not required but encouraged).

Salary: $75,000.00/yr – $/yr
