AXS is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Carbon house team in Charlotte, NC. This role will support the creative department by assisting in the efficient management and execution of various design-related tasks for internal and client-based work.

• Assist creative department with assembling, uploading and organizing design assets.
• Mock up assets for digital templates.
• Design a variety of digital assets for social media and web.
• The design specialist will assist web designers in working with clients on their website design and may take on their own client design projects as needed
• Prepare print and branding colleterial, as needed.
• Prepare Email Templates.

• AA/AS Degree (2-year) (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
• 1+ years experience of graphic design, internship, freelance experience or equivalent college degree
• Competency in Figma.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
  Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to multi-task different projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner.
• Excellent skills in typography, branding and layout.
