What Youll Do

+ Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle

+ Produce detailed and accurate models using Autodesk Revit

+ Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks

+ Coordinate models across multiple disciplines

+ Work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and project teams to resolve design challenges

+ Support BIM standards, project documentation, and quality control

+ Identify opportunities to improve modeling accuracy, consistency, and efficiency

+ Contribute to technology-driven solutions that improve project delivery

What Were Looking For

Hands-on Autodesk Revit experience

BIM modeling experience or a strong Revit-based design background

Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD

Understanding of construction documents and design coordination

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
