We are looking for an Optometrist Leader to join our Charlotte, NC vision centers. We offer a competitive salary, lucrative incentive plan(s), up to $1500 CE Credit & paid CE Days, a 401k with a match, employer-paid student loan repayment program, free employee LASIK, pet insurance, comprehensive medical benefits, a more medical mode of practice. Comp expectations [starting at $130-150K base, DOE].
