Compensation & Incentives
  • Year 1 Guaranteed base salary of $350,000
  • Bonus Earn 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
  • Year 2 and beyond 37.5% of net collections
  • Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients by providing clear communication and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.
  • Contribute to the practice's growth by participating in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior staff and residents, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the practice.
Qualifications

Applicants for this position must possess a DDS or DMD degree and have completed an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. A current and valid North Carolina dental license is required.
