- Year 1 Guaranteed base salary of $350,000
- Bonus Earn 37.5% of net collections over $1 million
- Year 2 and beyond 37.5% of net collections
- Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance to ensure a smooth transition

- Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with our team of dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and practice standards.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients by providing clear communication and compassionate care throughout their treatment journey.
- Contribute to the practice's growth by participating in community outreach and patient education initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior staff and residents, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the practice.
Applicants for this position must possess a DDS or DMD degree and have completed an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. A current and valid North Carolina dental license is required.
