Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician (Part-time)

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician for an immediate part-time role in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

• Provide compassionate, comprehensive care in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with standards.
• Potentially serve as Medical Director at one facility, with opportunities for extra compensation.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Engage in peer reviews, quality improvement, and professional development.
• Travel between facilities as needed; minimal rotating weekend and holiday call (no night call).

MD/DO, NC license or eligibility, strong communication skills, reliable transportation. Experience in post-acute care is preferred.
