Position OverviewAs a Rheumatologist at Tryon Medical, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and autoimmune conditions. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a state‑of‑the‑art clinical environment, balancing outpatient care with procedural and diagnostic management as needed. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth while maintaining work‑life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions, including arthritis, lupus, gout, and osteoporosis
- Provide ongoing patient management, including medication management and follow‑up care
- Collaborate with other physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care
- Participate in clinical research, educational initiatives, or quality improvement projects as desired
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with clinical standards
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Rheumatology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
