We are looking for an energetic instructor who loves kids and is eager to give back to the community.

• Teach amazing classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum (training provided)
• Work as part of an instructor team on weekends
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families and create a magical experience
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Lead and positively impact children, families, and teammates

• You are open to being playful and love high‑five moments (background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance or early childhood education is a plus)
• You love serving others and making people feel good
• You can get kids and parents excited and maintain a positive attitude
• You are reliable and can balance fun with discipline

• Weekends required
• 10–15 weekly hours

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment center for children ages 4 months through 12 years, offering movement‑based learning, gymnastics, dance, camps and birthday parties.

All locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Applications go directly to the franchise.
