Campus Ministry Apprenticeship

A time to reflect on how far God has brought us and respond in faith for what’s ahead.

The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.

• Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from January 12 to June 14).
• You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.
• You’ll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.
• You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.
• This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.

• Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.
• Assist with the overall leadership of the campus, executing the vision of the church.
• Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience, and plan for strategic growth initiatives.

• A desire to pursue vocational ministry.
• Passion to pastor people and build leaders.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and time-management skills.

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Familiarity with Elevation Church.
• Experience leading people.
