This full‑time (40 hours per week) position is based on one of the following campuses:
San Francisco, CA;
Santa Barbara, CA;
Palo Alto, CA;
Piedmont, CA;
Roswell, GA;
Bethesda, MD;
Charlotte, NC;
New York City, NY;
Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX;
Houston, TX; or Kirkland (Seattle), WA.

The compensation is $100 USD per hour, which equates to $200 000 USD per year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

• Serve as the primary representative for your campus, spearheading enrollment growth and family retention.
• Deliver persuasive information sessions and individualized consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters.
• Act as the main parent liaison, addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring consistent support throughout the Alpha experience.
• Establish visibility and credibility through regular on‑site engagement, local alliances, and targeted community outreach.
• Mobilize parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.

• Using formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication.
• Assigning relationship development to campus personnel or assuming a passive role.
• Allowing coordinated parent coalitions to compromise or redefine Alpha’s educational framework.
• Operating remotely—this role requires deep integration into the parent journey and community presence.

• Currently reside within commuting distance of one of the listed campuses, or be willing to relocate.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
• Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.
