If so, Little Otter Swim School is looking for a collaborative and purpose-driven Swim Teacher to join our team. As a Swim Teacher, you’ll directly impact the growth and development of our students, fostering their skills in a safe and supportive environment while working closely with your colleagues to ensure each child receives the best possible instruction.
Requirements- The ability to work a consistent weekly schedule with minimal absences
- Undergo a background check
- Swim Instruction and Relationship Management:
Teach swim lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs. - Safety and Compliance:
Ensure the safety of all students in and around the water, following all safety protocols and guidelines. - Student Progress Monitoring:
Track and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents to ensure continuous improvement. - Team
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment. - Champion Culture:
Foster a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps build confidence in both students and staff.

Pay and ScheduleWe offer a starting wage of $15–$18.50 per hour. The starting wage is negotiable based on prior experience. This is a part‑time job with the possibility of becoming a full‑time position.
