We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals to work as Assistant Instructors in our Summer STEM programs.

• Summer seasonal position (4‑10 weeks) starting in June
• Work in‑room with kids ages 6‑14
• PAID training provided
• Program duration: 4‑10 weeks, Monday‑Friday, minimum 4 weeks
• No formal experience required; preference for experience with children in educational settings
• Eligible to work in the United States; no accommodations or work sponsorship offered

• Located within driving distance of a Black Rocket partner region with reliable transportation
• Strong science, baking, or engineering background and familiarity with experimentation, the scientific method, and creative problem‑solving
• Available to start online training in May (self‑paced)
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• College students studying education, culinary arts, biology, chemistry, engineering, or related STEM fields encouraged to apply
• Experience with kids in a formal or informal setting is a plus (babysitting, volunteering, coaching, tutoring, etc.)
• Rate: $13−$15 per hour

• Opportunity to move into lead teaching or supervisory roles in future years
