LoanIQ Trainer

• Experienced in developing and facilitating
  complex training programs for diverse end-users, from front-line staff to operations, including creating facilitator guides and updating existing materials and develop new materials.
• Must have experience delivering training on complex systems with frequent release cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), including continuously updating training materials.
• Must have experience supporting complex system rollouts and designing training programs for highly complex platforms.
• Skilled in training on highly technical software systems with ongoing enhancements, supporting both onboarding and ongoing releases.
• Quick to learn new systems and apply updates to training.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Articulate 360
  , Walk Me,
  SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams),
  Adobe Captivate
  , Camtasia, and Genially
• Collaborates in multiple roles—facilitator, co-facilitator, simulation runner, and training support.
• Proficient in hands-on sandbox environments.
• Self-directed and motivated, able to work independently.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply critical thinking scenarios, making sure to weigh all options to ensure best possible outcome

• Commercial Banking experience
• LoanIQ experience is required
