ourBRIDGE for KIDS, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a part-time Literacy Facilitator to deliver literacy and ESL instruction using our no-worksheet, hands-on approach. The role is 20-25 hours weekly, afternoons, with partial remote Fridays, and a September 14, 2026 – June 9, 2027 schedule.
You will assess progress and report growth in literacy and English acquisition. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Education or related field, ESL certification, and at least two years of classroom
