Charlotte Country Day School seeks an academic leader to serve as Director of Studies for the Lower School. This role directs curriculum, instruction, and assessment, aligning JK–12 program standards and supporting faculty development under dual reporting to the Head of Division and Assistant Head of School.
The successful candidate will champion inclusive, research-based practices, manage coaching, and coordinate program evaluations to drive school-wide excellence.
