The ideal candidate is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments, implementing individualized instruction, and helping students achieve academic and personal success.

School Partner: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Academy, a K-12 alternative school within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools (CMS) serving students through individualized support, relationship-centered practices, and specialized behavioral and academic programming.
