We’re looking for a Process Engineer to lead plant improvements, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining low costs and high standards!

What You’ll Do
  • Drive plant productivity improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced safety without compromising quality.
  • Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships, resolving issues, and delivering excellence.
  • Design, test, and upgrade systems to improve production rates and output quality.
  • Use advanced techniques to solve complex problems and streamline processes.
  • Assess processes, interpret data, and generate solutions to optimize workflow.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure all documentation, including safe operating procedures, is in place.
  • Provide monthly reports on plant performance, compliance, and costs.
  • Participate in weekly maintenance planning and execution to ensure optimal plant operation.
  • Lead initiatives to automate processes and improve plant recovery rates.
Special Functions
  • Support the team by stepping into supervisor and operator roles as needed.
  • Be available for telephonic or in‑person support whenever required by the site team.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as directed by line management.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of proven experience in process engineering, with strong technical skills and familiarity with process simulations.
  • A deep understanding of SHEQ and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience in Water Treatment is essential.
  • A self‑motivated problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with teams.
