Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to step up into leadership and develop your own design team?

• Lead, support and develop a team of mechanical designers
• Plan and manage project design workload and priorities
• Review designs and assemblies to ensure quality and consistency
• Contribute to design work as required
• Collaborate with project engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams

• Strong mechanical design background
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with 2D and 3D design software (Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Leadership experience beneficial but not essential - strong designers looking to move into management are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of power transmission equipment (motors, gearboxes, bearings etc.)
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, material handling, or similar environments
