  • Manage schedules, budgets, invoicing, and client communications to keep every engagement on track and profitable.

  • Perform quality reviews and provide technical guidance for engineers and CAD technicians.

  • Cultivate lasting client relationships and help win new business.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that keep the Charlotte office ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of civil-site design experience with a strong portfolio of residential master-planned communities and mixed-use developments.

  • 5+ years in project-management/lead-engineer roles, including team leadership.

  • Command of Civil 3D/AutoCAD and drainage modeling software (HEC-HMS, Storm

    CAD, or similar).

  • Polished written and verbal communication skills; track record working with city/county review agencies.

  • A “let’s-make-it-happen” attitude that inspires clients and colleagues alike.

  • Merit-based bonuses tied to project and company performance.

  • Medical, dental, vision with HSA contributions on eligible plans.

  • PTO: 9 holidays (3 floating) + 2-4 weeks’ vacation (unused time rolls over) + unlimited sick days.

  • Flexible Fridays, robust mentorship program, and paid referrals for bringing great talent onboard.
