Join our team as a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Technician at the Charlotte Siemens Energy Plant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards. You will conduct both in-process and final inspections,meticulously documenting your findings using Quality Control Instruction (QCI) and Quality Control Charts (QCC). Your attention to detail will help maintain compliance with specifications and standard operating procedures, while yougain valuable experience and certification in Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods.

You will collaborate with Level II technicians to learn Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods and work towards your Level II certification.
You will become certified in Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Testing (MT), ensuring you meet the requirements to excel in your role.
You will validate QA/NDE paperwork for accuracy and upload reports to SAP, ensuring all documentation isprecise and up-to-date.
You will conduct in-process andfinal inspection audits, presenting your results to management and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and operators to support manufacturing productivity and efficiency.
A High School Diploma or equivalent,along with completion of the Career Readiness Certification required by Siemens Energy.
You have completed classroomtraining in Magnetic Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), with additional training in Visual Testing (VT) and other NDE methods being beneficial.
You possess 1-2 years of manufacturing and/or quality experience, with proficiency in gauging toolsand techniques.
You are eager to learn and become proficient in SAP and OIL operating software systems.
