We're recruiting for a Water Resources Engineer to work in a Project Manager capacity around Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and leadership skills who wants to make an impact on municipal and utility projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in civil or water resources engineering, with a PE license and proven ability to manage projects and client relationships.

Preferred Technical Skills
  • Design and rehabilitation of water and sanitary sewer lines
  • Utility asset evaluation and planning
  • Environmental studies and permitting
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and related design tools
Project Experience Should Include
  • Evaluating existing utility assets and developing recommendations for rehabilitation or replacement
  • Designing water and sanitary sewer line projects
  • Monitoring construction performance and adherence to plans/specifications
  • Preparing technical deliverables, submittal reviews, and change orders
  • Coordinating environmental studies, permitting, and alternative analyses
  • Building client relationships and identifying future project opportunities
  • Making formal presentations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
