Charlotte, NC 28269
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $45-47/hr.
On w2 Monday-Friday, Standard Shift 7 AM - 3: 30 PM Flexibility required to support start of 1st shift (6a) 2nd (2p-10p), 3rd (10p-6a), for time studies and projects? 5%. OT as required
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor standards development, time studies, and work measurement systems.
- Experience with capacity planning, line balancing, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and manufacturing data analysis tools.
- Master’s degree in engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
- Experience in HVAC, automotive, aerospace, or other high-volume assembly manufacturing environments.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Excellence certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD or facility layout software.
- Knowledge of ERP and MES systems.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and operations personnel.
