The role oversees pursuit through design and construction support, coordinating with contractors, owner agencies, and subconsultants to deliver on time and within budget.
Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, a North Carolina PE license, and at least 10 years’ highway
