Job Title: Catholic Pianist
Location: Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point Memorial Chapel, Building 100 E Street, Cherry Point, NC 28533
Type: Part-time Position
Schedule- Sunday: 08:30 – 10:30 (Divine Worship)
- Additional support for non-routine Chapel programs/special services as determined
- Accompany and provide musical direction for Roman Catholic Mass every Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation
- Provide accompaniment and musical direction for special Catholic observances including Holy Days, Christmas, Lent, and Easter services
- Provide musical support for the mid-week Roman Catholic choir rehearsal for a minimum of 60 minutes per week
- Knowledge of Catholic music and religious service organizations
- Minimum of two years experience as a pianist
- Ability to play a wide variety of music from traditional church hymns to contemporary church music to support all Catholic services and the service portions of Mass
