We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in planning and executing a wide range of events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating memorable experiences and possess strong organizational skills to manage all aspects of the event planning process.

• Plan and execute various types of events from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients to ascertain their event needs and objectives.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and timelines for events while adhering to established financial guidelines.
• Research and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best options for events.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements.
• Oversee day-of event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and management, with a portfolio of successfully executed events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse aspects of event planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with clients and vendors effectively.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
