  • Coordinate on‑site with hosts, performers, guests, drivers, and motorsports representatives to ensure seamless transitions and timing.
  • Communicate and collaborate with production crews, audio/visual teams, and event operations staff.
  • Monitor and adjust timing, cues, and programming as needed to maintain show quality.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and event standards are followed during stage operations.
Project Support (Secondary Duties)
  • Assist project managers with planning, tracking, and execution of event‐related projects and deliverables.
  • Support the development and distribution of event schedules, run‑of‑show documents, and production notes.
  • Manage logistical needs such as travel coordination, equipment orders, asset tracking, and vendor communication.
  • Contribute to budgeting support, invoice processing, and expense organization.
  • Participate in on‑site project execution beyond stage operations as needed—including footprint setup, guest services, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Assist in post‑event reporting, data collection, and debrief documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in event production, stage management, live entertainment, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt quickly on‑site.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with talent and high‑profile guests.
  • Ability to read and interpret production documents (run‑of‑show, tech specs, schedules, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in outdoor environments for extended periods.
Key Attributes
  • Calm under pressure and solution‑oriented.
  • Detail‑driven with strong follow‑through.
  • Team‑focused, collaborative, and proactive.
