** POSITION SUMMARY
** We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our outdoor venue on a seasonal, as-needed basis during the summer months**.
** This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson or facilities professional looking to pick up flexible, part-time work without a fixed weekly schedule.

The technician will handle small to mid-scale repair and improvement projects that are currently outsourced to contractors. Work will be assigned on a project or call-in basis, depending on venue needs.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Replace and repair deck boards and other exterior wood structures
* Mend and reinforce wooden fences and gates
* Repair parking lot wire barriers and related hardware
* Perform small concrete repairs (patching, minor forming, surface repairs)
* Mount and install hardware, signage, brackets, and fixtures
* Perform general facilities repairs as needed (minor carpentry, basic metal work, light demolition)
* Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend solutions
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
* Coordinate with venue management regarding project timelines and priorities
** QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
*** Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or skilled trades
* Strong working knowledge of carpentry, basic concrete work, and general repairs
* Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
* Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable, punctual, and responsive when called for work
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
